I have been volunteering with VEV for the last 7 or 8 years. There are so many veterans and civilians on the streets of Fayetteville who need help. We are here to provide a hand to both communities. Please lend a hand and help us be our brother's keeper.

Veterans Empowering Veterans is a wonderful service for our veteran community. Their services are really helpful for those of us that need a little assistance getting back on our feet. Thank you for all your hard work and support for veterans.

Love being a part of this organization. The programs offered for the veterans like the food pantry, group lunches, counseling, clothing pantry, job assistance and more make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

I'm having a difficult time making ends meet, and I am so grateful for Veterans Empowering Veterans! I've recently used their Food Pantry and I'm so happy with what I received! I've used other local pantries and rarely do I receive meat. When I do, it's usually just lunch meat or hot dogs, for which, don't get me wrong, I am very grateful. The food package I received from VEV contained London Broil, crab cakes, honey ham and many other superior meat selections. It is so nice that I'm not getting other people's rejects! I also enjoy partaking in the Comraderie Luncheon. It's nice meeting and talking with other veterans who are experiencing the same things I'm going through. It's also fun when we play trivia and win prizes. I'm so glad that I found this wonderful group!

Visited the Empowerment Center to gather information about volunteering. Warm and courteous environment and a great place for a veteran to start when in need of a helping hand to get back on their feet or stay on their feet when at a loss.
