Kendall Ronald Joiner

Kendall R. Joiner was born December 17, 1974 in Okemos, MI. He graduated from Haslett High School and joined the U.S. Army in 2002 and was stationed in Fort Hood, Texas as a Human Resource Specialist. Kendall also served in Dessert Shield/Dessert Storm during the Iraq War. During his career he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Good Conduct Medal, the Valorous Unit Award and an host of other awards. In 2008 Kendall was honorably discharged at Fort Bragg, NC., where shortly after he become a Corrections Officer at the Sampson Correctional Institute Where he worked until an injury hampered his performance. Kendall earned his Masters in Management of Science Criminal Justice Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.
Kendall was a veteran in our community that we as an organization served. He has no know known family and did not have any insurance to cover his final expenses.
